The City of Clayton is requesting proposals for preventative maintenance and repair services at the Shaw Park Ice Rink.  Proposals must be submitted by February 29, 2012.  Proposal documents are on file and available at The Center of Clayton, 50 Gay Avenue, Clayton, Missouri 63105 and at City Hall, 10 North Bemiston, Clayton, MO 63105 or online at www.claytonmo.gov under Vendor Opportunities.  Any proposal received after the time and date specified will not be considered and the City reserves the right to waive all informalities and to reject any or all submittals.
