Center of Clayton User Guide

Center User Guide  

The Center of Clayton User Guide contains useful information about the policies, rules, etiquette, and opportunities of each area in The Center of Clayton.  This is your first stop to find out all you need to know to stay safe, respectful and in-the-know while using the facilities.  Age restrictions can also be found in the FAQs.


Find your Barcode and PIN

If your email address is in our files, you can simply visit our Online Registration site, click on the Login button in the top right corner, Click on the Forgot My Login Information and your Barcode and PIN will be automatically emailed to you.

If we do not have your email address on file, email your name, address, phone number, and date of birth to parksupport@claytonmo.gov. We will look up your information and email you within two business days.


Changes to Account 

EFT Change FormCredit Card or Bank Account Change

Monthly members can use this form to change their monthly payment information.  Common reasons to change payment information include:
 

  • Change of credit card
  • Change of credit card expiration date
  • Change of banks

Please bring this completed form to The Center of Clayton Welcome Desk to ensure the security of your account information.

Membership FormChanges to Account Information

This form allows members to make changes to the information on their account including:

  • Add or remove family members 
  • Change name
  • Change address
  • Change Membership type 

Members can bring the completed form to The Center of Clayton Welcome Desk or fax to 314-290-8517.

To upgrade to a Platinum Membership, use this form.


Placing Credit on Your Account

If you would prefer to leave your cash, charge cards, and check book at home, consider placing credit on your account to use toward Center purchases, guest admission, or Center merchandise - it’s great for child care.

You can place credit on your account over the phone with a charge card, or simply stop by the Welcome Desk if you prefer to use a check or cash.

Once the credit is on your account, you and your family can enjoy convenience of direct deduction - no purse or wallets necessary!
