Ice Rink Programs

Group Skating Lessons

Skating lessons are available for youth through adult and are broken down into age and skill levels. For descriptions and availability of each level, view our online registration site.

Private Skating Lessons

Private skating lessons are taught by our Head Coach, Joy Elder.  Joy is a Master rated coach with the Professional Skating Association and a U.S. figure skating gold medalist.  Joy has over 30 years experience coaching both figure skaters and hockey players and holds advanced certifications in Freestyle, Moves in the Field, Hockey, Group Instruction and Program Directing. She is also a former professional show skater for The Ice Follies, Holiday on Ice and Disney on Ice. Adult Hockey

A six week adult hockey program is also available on Sunday and Monday nights from 9:30 - 10:45 pm.  Players must provide their own equipment and no checking or slap shots are permitted.  Teams are decided each night.  Goalies are offered free registration. To register, visit our online registration site or call The Center of Clayton at 314-290-8500.

Stick & Puck Sessions are also available for patrons to practice hockey skills with goals at each end. Hours vary by age group, so please see the main Ice Rink page for details. No registration is needed, however daily admission rates apply.
