Under Construction in 2012!

The Shaw Park Tennis Center will be closed during a large portion of the 2012 summer season for the construction of new courts.  The courts are scheduled to reopen Labor Day weekend.  Funding for this project was made possible through a St. Louis County Municipal Park Grant for $232,000 with the remainder coming from the City’s Capital Budget.

Arrangements have been made for Clayton residents to utilize the tennis facilities at Heman Park in University City, Hanley Park in Brentwood and Kirkwood Park in Kirkwood during construction.  Courts at each facility are available for drop-in use, and courts may be reserved in advance through each city. 

University City at Heman Park

Admission is $5 from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm in the evenings
