Shaw Park Tennis Center
Temporary Closure - Tennis courts 1-9 will be closed for approximately two weeks beginning November 18th to install a stronger fence. Court 10 will be available for use during the installation. The Tennis Center officially closed for the season at the end of September, however once the fence is reinstalled, courts will be available for free use during the winter months.
Clayton Parks and Recreation is pleased to announce a partnership with Frontenac Racquet Club for the management and programming at Shaw Park Tennis Center. This new partnership is intended to strengthen the quality and organization of tennis programs and simultaneously reinvigorate excitement for the sport. With new events like the Friday night Tennis Parties and the availability of drop in lessons, this partnership will be a boost for residents and tennis players.
Shaw Park Tennis Center has 10 hard courts, 9 with lights, which are available to the public year round. During the season, patrons must present a current season pass or pay a daily admission during the open hours listed as follows:
