Centene Corporation Presentation at Board of Alderman

The agenda for tonight’s Clayton Board of Aldermen meeting at 8 p.m. includes a presentation from the Centene Corporation, which will outline the preliminary design of their redevelopment project. Representatives from Centene, including David Malmuth and their development partner U.S. Equities, will be on hand to give a presentation outlining a preliminary concept plan for their upcoming project which consists of office, retail and outdoor plaza space. This is an informational presentation; the Board will not be taking action on the plan at this time. Centene is currently going through the Plan Commission/ARB process for this project.
