During Clayton’s Parks Clean-Up Day on Saturday, April 21, from 9 a.m. to noon, volunteers will help with general clean up in Shaw and Oak Knoll Parks. Refreshments will be provided to volunteers, who will also receive a tree seedling in appreciation for their work. The day will culminate with a Liberty Tree Memorial dedication ceremony at Oak Knoll Park. An American Elm has been donated to the City through a grant program to help restore American Elms to the tree population.
On Saturday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to noon, Clayton will host a Green Homes Lecture at The Center of Clayton. The lecture is being presented by the U. S.
