Clayton recognizes citizens
April 16, 2007
Clayton recognizes the behind the scenes efforts of the citizens who help to make Clayton the best community in which to live, work and play.
Besides its fabulous business environment, top-notch special events, superb services and responsive government, Clayton benefits from an involved citizenry. In 2005, the City developed the Creme de la Clayton program to recognize actively engaged citizens who go beyond the call of duty. At the March 27th Board of Aldermen meeting, the City of Clayton honored the thirteen Crème de la Clayton award winners for their efforts on the City’s behalf. "The community owes a debt of gratitude to business and residential citizens who are willing to go the extra mile to help maintain the City's outstanding quality of life," said Alderman Alex Berger.
The Creme de la Clayton awards are presented to outstanding individuals in the community on an annual basis.
