Third Annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey

2011 Citizen Satisfaction Survey

To ensure that the City continues to fulfill the expectations of the community, the City will conduct its third annual citizen satisfaction survey. This month, 1,800 randomly selected households will receive the survey. The final report will be presented in April 2011.

Citizens' response to the 2009 and 2010 surveys were overwhelmingly positive. With their feedback, citizens help the City focus efforts and resources that will maintain Clayton's high level of governmental services.
