West Nile Virus alert

The St. Louis County Health Department has reported that West Nile Virus has been detected in mosquitoes and that the disease could be passed to humans. There are some simple preventative steps that are outlined in the attached memo. With a rainy spring, efforts to eliminate days of standing water where mosquitoes breed is strongly recommended.
The City of Clayton contracts with the Vector Control Division of the St Louis County Health Department for its
mosquito control program.
