The Center of Clayton offers the ultimate experience in sports, fitness, swimming, recreational, educational and lifestyle enhancing programs. The Center's 136,000 square feet includes four gymnasiums, two pools, a suspended jogging track, weight lifting, aerobic/dance areas, a 30-foot climbing wall, classrooms, lounge, Subway and meeting rooms.   • Shaping the Shaw Park Facility

    The engineering team creating the new Shaw Park Multi-Use Facility will present and gather feedback about the latest designs at the April Parks and Recreation Commission meeting at The Center of Clayton on April 3, 2017 at 7:00 pm.

  • Adult Sports Leagues

    Gather a group of your friends, family and coworkers together for summer fun in Shaw Park. Leagues include Coed and Men's softball as well as Women’s Micro Soccer. Games begin in late April and team registrations are due by April 12. For more information, visit www.claytonmo.gov/adultsports.

  • Spring Break Hours

    The School District of Clayton Spring Break is fast approaching! In additional to our normal activity hours, on weekdays during the break Recreational Swim will begin at noon and the Youth Activity Center will be open from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Please remember that children age 11 and younger must have a parent or responsible individual at least 15 years of age in the facility at all times.
