  • Introduction: Celebrate the season with the Fall Scavenger Hunt, running September 7–21 throughout Clayton. This self-guided adventure invites participants to visit parks and facilities across the community, search for festive fall decorations and earn prizes along the way.

Get outside and explore Clayton’s parks in a whole new way with the Fall Scavenger Hunt, taking place from September 7 through September 21. This fun seasonal activity invites participants of all ages to search for hidden fall decorations at locations throughout the community.

The scavenger hunt includes up to 10 stops, including Anderson Park, Taylor Park, Concordia Park, Woodburn Park, Oak Knoll Park, Henry Wright Park, Hanley House, Shaw Park Enterprise Holdings Pavilion, Remembrance Park and the Center of Clayton.

To participate, visit each location, scan the QR code on site and snap a photo of the fall decoration you find. Participants who find at least five decorations will earn a small prize, while those who track down all of the decorations will receive a larger reward. Bring your photos to the front desk at the Center of Clayton to claim your prize.

Whether you complete a few stops or make it to all 10, the Fall Scavenger Hunt is a fun way to enjoy the fall season, discover local parks and spend time outdoors with family and friends.
