Police Weekly Incident Report: November 26 – December 2, 2018

On Monday, Nov. 26, construction materials were reported stolen from a site on the 8300 block of Maryland.

On Monday, an IT contractor was arrested for the theft of computer equipment from a business on the 7700 block of Carondelet Ave.

On Tuesday at 1:00 pm, a bike was stolen from the 100 block of Carondelet Plaza.

On Thursday at 1:30 am, a traffic stop at Brighton and Maryland resulted in a DWI arrest. The driver’s blood alcohol by content was 2.5 times the legal limit.

On Friday at 12:10 am, a traffic stop at S. Bemiston and Carondelet resulted in a DWI arrest.

On Saturday at 12:15 am, a traffic stop at Forsyth and Big Bend resulted in the driver being issued summonses for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

During this reporting period, the Clayton PD responded to 399 calls for service, including 25 automobile accidents and 32 calls to assist the Fire Department.

Reminder: Coffee with a Cop is this Friday at the City Coffeehouse & Creperie. The Coffee with a Cop event will also include a toy collection for Toys for Tots.
