These kinds of conditions can result in frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Please remember to dress in layers, cover exposed skin, and limit time outside during the coldest hours. The Clayton Fire Department would like to ask that you check on your elderly or homebound neighbors to be sure they are staying warm.
