This week the City of Clayton Fire Department
- Responded to 60 calls for service (29 Fire/Rescue & 31 Emergency Medical responses)
- Accumulated 375 hours of training
- Completed 9 Commercial fire and life safety building inspections
- Participated in hour of 44.25 public education and community service
This week’s message is: Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer. The Clayton Fire Department Community Outreach Committee is in their second year of participating in the St Baldrick’s event to take place on Mar 9, 2019 from 10:30 am - 8:00 pm at Helen Fitzgerald's Irish Grill and Pub (3650 South Lindbergh, St. Louis, MO) The 11 person team is raising money to shave their heads at the event. The Clayton Fire Department exists to help prepare our community for emergencies, support people when overwhelmed, and care for them in their time of need. We want to provide a safe environment for our citizens and guests to enjoy our community and all it has to offer.
