Police Weekly Incident Report: May 13 – 19, 2019

On Monday at 5:20 am, a suspicious subject ran from an officer in the area of Aberdeen and DeMun. The subject ran through a yard and was not found. Several unlocked cars in the area were found to have been rummaged through. Only change was reported stolen from the vehicles.

On Thursday, between 9:00 pm and midnight, a duffel bag was stolen from an unlocked car on the 6400 block of Alamo.

On Friday, graffiti was discovered in the Clayshire Tunnel.

On Saturday at 3:25 am, a traffic stop at Maryland and N. Hanley resulted in a DWI arrest. On Saturday, a resident in an apartment building on the 8100 block of Whitburn reported a bicycle and other items stolen from a storage locker in the basement. The theft occurred in the past month.

During this reporting period, the Clayton PD responded to 491 calls for service, including 25 motor vehicle accidents and 35 calls to assist the Fire Department.
