Free Fitness Class at The Center
A new class format comes to The Center this winter that will feel more like a rock concert than just another workout routine! POUND combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates inspired movements to create a truly unique full-body workout. The class will join the schedule weekly on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm. Even better, we are offering it at no-cost to members during the Winter Session! Feel free to register for the full session or check-in at the Welcome Desk to drop-in.
