The City of Clayton is requesting submittals for the services of a consulting engineering firm to perform the described professional services for the:  TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ENHANCEMENTS PROJECT, CMAQ-5438(614).  

The project includes upgrade to left turn movements to flashing yellow arrows (FYA) at critical locations.  Install new, modern signal controllers and MMU's to enable FYA's, to gain new features for congestion management and to increase proactive management of transportation system.  Install an automated transportation management system and monitoring station in order to gain central control and surveillance of citywide signal system.  Signal timing optimization.

There is a 16% DBE goal with this project.  DBE firms must be listed in the MRCC DBE Directory located on MoDOT’s website at, in order to be counted as participation towards an established DBE Goal. We encourage DBE firms to submit letters of interest as prime consultants for any project they feel can be managed by their firm.
