The Clayton Heritage Center at the Center of Clayton is a new resource where people of all ages have access to information and displays. The space houses research stations with computer and internet access to search CCF’s digital collections.
Since 2008, the Clayton Century Foundation has actively collected stories about the history of the community, cataloged photos and historical memorabilia, created and monitored a Clayton history website, and presented historical programs for the public. Establishing a public place to house an archive, display memorabilia, and encourage historical research has been a CCF priority and demonstrates responsible stewardship of a community’s history. CCF encourages Clayton residents and businesses to visit this valuable community resource.
