Enhance Clayton Parks

The Enhance Clayton Parks program provides an opportunity for residents, business owners and others to honor or remember an individual in this unique way. At the same time your donation will enhance the Clayton Parks and Recreation system by furnishing Clayton parks with trees or benches.

Purchase a Tree

Interested persons can contribute a 6’ – 8’ tall tree for $500. Trees may be planted in any park, space permitting. Oaks, Black Gums, Redbuds, Ginkgos, Tulip Trees and certain Maples are examples of the variety of trees available for purchase to honor an individual or organization or remember a loved one. These tributes are great gifts for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, retirements and weddings.

Each tree purchased through the Tree Tribute Program will be marked by a plaque with the name of the person to whom the tree is dedicated and date the tree was planted. A letter and certificate will be sent to the honored individual or organization notifying them that a tree was purchased and planted in their honor, if so noted on the donation form.

Trees will be planted in the spring or fall depending on the date of their order.
