The Clayton Fire Department is always seeking ways to better serve the community and promote a safe place for residents, employees, and visitors to enjoy. S.T.A.R.S. The STARS program helps coordinate and coach ambulance districts, fire districts and community     hospitals to recognize the special needs of patients inside their coverage area and undergo the appropriate, specialized training to care for these patients’ special medical needs.   


Child Safety Seat Program The Clayton Fire Department is proud to serve the citizens of Clayton with car seat installation and educational services. .

Engine House Tours The tour will include an explanation of the day to day duties, responsibilities, and activities at the Clayton Fire Department.  They will also get to see the trucks and equipment that we use to help to keep them safe every day.

Smoke Detector Informational Program The Clayton Fire Department will offer in home consultations upon request for the placement and evaluation of residential smoke detectors.

PulsePoint The Clayton Fire Department would like your help in improving the outcome for sudden cardiac arrest in Clayton and surrounding municipalities. This cell phone app can help to improve thee outcome of such events
