Train & Treat: October Fitness Challenge
No tricks, just hexercise gains!
This October, challenge yourself in a fun and festive way at the Center of Clayton. Train & Treat is designed to keep you moving all month long with Halloween-themed workouts that blend strength, cardio, flexibility, and water fitness. Complete the challenge and earn an exclusive Halloween shirt as a reward for your hard work.

October 1 - 31
Who Can Participate
The challenge is open to all Center of Clayton members.
How to Participate
- Sign up at the Welcome Desk and pick up your Train & Treat Challenge Card.
- Complete 10 of the 15 Halloween-themed workouts inside the Center of Clayton during the month of October.
- Collect a stamp after each workout from a staff member.
- Return your completed card to the Welcome Desk once you have 10 stamps to claim your exclusive Center Halloween shirt. First 150 people to turn in their challenge cards get a shirt.

- Fitness Desk Attendants (orange boxes on Train & Treat Challenge Card)
- Group Fitness Class Instructors (pink boxes on Train & Treat Challenge Card)
- Welcome Desk Attendants (yellow boxes on Train & Treat Challenge Card)
Workout List
The challenge features 15 themed workouts ranging from strength, cardio, and water fitness to yoga and group fitness classes. Each workout is designed to give members a fun way to stay active throughout October.

To help participants with proper form, the Center will share short demonstration videos throughout October as part of our Form Friday series. Videos will feature:
