Personal Training Packages and Rates
The Center of Clayton offers a variety of package types to accommodate your training needs. We offer both individual and group packages so that you can either train alone or with your friends. Training-for-Two and Group Training packages offer discounted rates off of our individual sessions in order to provide sessions that are more budget-friendly. New clients must purchase a minimum of 3 sessions (our Fitstart package) in order to ensure a thorough assessment and appropriate work-out.
This 3-session starter package includes an initial session, which is a consultation and fitness assessment, followed by two training sessions. It is offered only to new personal training customers, or customers who have not worked with a trainer within at least one year. One package per customer.
Same rate for both Members and Non-Members: $150
Packages offer you savings on the number of sessions that fit your schedule: Health and Exercise History consultation and Fitness Assessment can be included in all packages!
Training - For - Two
Training-for-Two saves you 25% off normal package price. Partners can train together for 1, 5, or 10 sessions. Prices are per participant. Prior to starting Training-For-Two packages, each participant must go through an initial hour-long one-on-one consultation and assessment with their trainer, which can be purchased at our 1-session rate of $65 for members and $70 for non-members. After the assessment, the following packages can be purchased:
Team Training provides 3-6 partners a deep discount on personal training! Prices are per participant. Prior to starting Team Training, each participant must go through an initial hour-long one-on-one consultation and assessment with their trainer, which can be purchased at our 1-session rate of $65 for members and $70 for non-members. After the assessment, sessions can be purchased as follows:
