You may use alternative caterers with the following restrictions:

• No access to Center kitchen, glass, or flatware
• Food must be brought in already prepared
• Warming permitted only via electric heat (hotplates, crock pots)
• No chafing dishes with heating fuel or sterno allowed
• Cannot serve alcoholic beverages
• Non-preferred catering fee is $125

• Alcoholic beverages may only be served by preferred caterers with appropriate licensing
• All guests consuming alcohol must be at least 21 years of age
• Non-preferred caterers and unaccompanied renters may only serve non-alcoholic beverages

Renters not using a preferred caterer may request kitchen access:

• Refrigerator and freezer
• Stove top and conventional oven
• Microwave oven
• Water access

Important Notes:

• Renters must provide all cooking equipment
• Open flames (other than stove) are prohibited
• Kitchen access fee: $50 per event
• Additional $25 cleanup fee may apply if extra cleaning is required
