Green Dining Alliance Restaurant Certification Reimbursement Program

Green Dining Alliance Restaurant Certification

The City of Clayton is pleased to support a program for local restaurants interested in adding or maintaining Green Dining Alliance Certification.

More than 2,000 restaurants across the St. Louis region are already Green Dining Alliance (GDA) Certified. Adding more Clayton restaurants to the list supports our ongoing commitment to sustainability practices and offers environmentally-minded diners another level of enjoyment.

Becoming GDA Certified

GDA Certified restaurants are required to commit to GDA's core concepts

  • Ban the use of Styrofoam

  • Utilize single-stream recycling
